Facility Reservations

Plan your Navy retirement ceremony, commissioning, reenlistment, Change of Command ceremony, training, or meeting at the U.S. Naval Undersea Museum. The museum has event spaces that these eligible groups may request at no charge:

  • Department of Defense and other federal agencies
  • Public agencies of state and local government

The purpose for which museum facilities are used must be related to the mission of the U.S. Naval Undersea Museum or the U.S. Navy. Museum facilities may only be used by organizations and groups that comply with Equal Employment Opportunity and Civil Rights laws and regulations. The museum is a federal facility and is subject to federal laws and regulations that prohibit its use for religious, political, or fundraising events.

TO MAKE A RESERVATION

  1. Read the terms of use set forth in Facilities Terms of Use
  2. Fill out the Facilities Request Form and email to NUM_Operations (AT) us (DOT) navy (DOT) mil

For any questions or to check the availability of spaces before submitting the request form, contact the event coordinator at NUM_Operations (AT) us (DOT) navy (DOT) mil. Please include date(s)/time needed, type of event, and number of anticipated participants.
